2. Steaming

Once your face is cleaned, steam your face using a facial steamer that is easily available on market or if you don’t have a steamer you can pour boiling water into a bowl with a few drops of essential oil. Keep your face a few inches away from the bowl or steamer and cover your head with a towel. After three to five minutes, wipe your face with a soft and clean towel gently. During the time of steaming, you should pay attention to the areas around the across the jawline and nose.

3. Scrubbing

After steaming you are ready to scrub your skin and get rid of any more dead cells on your skin. Blackheads, dead cells and dirt deep inside your skin pores wouldn’t come out easily if you only wash your face. For that scrubbing is essential for your skin and you don’t need to do it daily. Once in a week is perfect for exfoliating your skin but remember to do it regularly.  Wet your face and apply the mixture of sugar and honey using a circular motion. Scrub your face for 5 minutes and then leave it on for three to five minutes, and wash it off and pat dry.
If you have pimples on your skin you have to avoid scrubbing, they can be brust during this process. If you still want to scrub you can do extremely mild face scrub.

4. Face pack

The next step of your face clean up is apply a face pack. You can make a very simple yet effective natural face pack by banana, honey, yogurt, and rosewater. Take a small banana, half a spoon of honey, one spoon of yogurt and a few drops of rosewater. Mix them well and make a thick paste with these ingredients and apply it properly all over your face. Leave the pack for at least fifteen minutes. Then, gently rinse it off with cold water. Do not scrub or wipe it too hard. Just keep peeling it off till the whole pack comes off. This mixture is suitable for all types of skin.
You can also use lemon, honey, almonds and saffron mixture. Take 4/5 almonds and soak it in water/milk overnight. In the morning grind them into a paste and add one teaspoon honey and lemon juice with it. Then add some strands of saffron that was soaked into milk. Make a smooth paste of them and apply it to your skin. Then keep it on your skin for 15 minutes. Once it dry, wash it off with cold water. This face pack gives your skin a glowing effect. Honey tighten your skin, lemon and almonds remove the dead skin and saffron helps to reduce the dark spot of your skin and lighten your skin also.
